All day long today we will present to you ideas of what to do tomorrow in order to feel the atmosphere of the Poland v. Ireland international friendly to its fullest.
Idea #1: Join in the fans’ friendly organized by the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) at the Irishtown Stadium from 2.30 p.m
Idea #2: Join in our competition – either send us an e-mail to dublin.culture@msz.gov.pl or fill out a form tomorrow before the game. We will be waiting for your stories at one of the entrances to the AVIVA Stadium.
Idea #3: Sign a huge ball with memorial photos from Poznań which will be located next to one of the main entrances to the Aviva Stadium – organized by the City of Poznań.
While entering the facility or going for a break, each spectator will be able to write a message on it. These best wishes will be sent to Poznań. In spring, the ball will be probably located somewhere in the city, so that the citizens of the capital of the Wielkopolka Region will be able to read the wishes from Ireland.
Idea #4: Wear a smile during the game, or at least for the first 10 minutes. That is when Huggity will be taking the giant picture of the Aviva stadium to mark the launch of the new Ireland Poland Fan Club. The photo will be available online from Thursday, February 7 – you will be able to find yourself, tag the picture and share it with your friends on Facebook or Twitter.
So don’t forget to smile! :)
A sneak peek for all of you who are going to the game tonight: the spot with images of Kings of the Craic during UEFA EURO 2012 in Poznan will be shown during the game between Ireland – Poland on Aviva Stadium. Enjoy!
