The AGM of the Irish Polish Society

Dear Members –
The AGM of the Irish Polish Society will be held on Sunday, 14th October, at 4pm, in the Polish House.
All Members are warmly invited to take part.
Please note that the matters that will be dealt with at the meeting (e.g. Chairperson’s Report, Treasurer’s Report) will cover both 2016/17 and 2017/18. This is unusual, but is due to the refurbishment works which lasted for nearly one year at 20 Fitzwilliam Place.
Events that were postponed due to the refurbishment will hopefully be carried out throughout the coming year.
A new Committee for 2018/19 will be elected at the AGM. In accordance with the Rules of the Society any person who is our Society paid-up member can be proposed as a candidate for the Committee. The candidate must have been a member of the Society for not less than six months.
The IPS membership fee for 2018/2019 should be sent (cheques, postal orders) to our Honorary Treasurer, Deirdre Holland. Address: 18 Allen Park Road, Stillorgan, Co Dublin. You may pay it directly to Deirdre on 14th October, just before the AGM. You can also make a lodgement directly to the IPS Bank Account. Membership is nominal – only € 12 per person annually or € 17 per family. Students € 10.
