This concert will be a story about Poland and how we discover it through our musical journeys.
We visit Polish villages and cities, where during festivals, workshops, dances and music making, we meet old friends and gain new ones. From these trips we bring in melodies, but also memories of hot days and raspberry-smelling sunrises. We are inspired by music that used to resonate in Polish villages, that connected, entertained and moved.
We will tell you about the meetings with our masters, play and sing the melodies we have learned from them. We also create our own compositions for the words of folk poets and old texts of beggars songs.

We invite you to listen and dance. Saturday, 1st of June , 2019 from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Polish House on 20 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, Ireland
Admission Free All Welcome.

The event takes place as part of the Mały Kolberg w Irlandii and is co-financed as part of taking care of the Senate of the Republic of Poland over the Polonia and Poles abroad in 2019.

We invite you also to other events.
